This grain-free porridge is the most delicious way I know to get your daily allowance of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. Thank you to Keyvan Golestaneh for this recipe.

  • 3 tablespoons Ground Seed Mix
  • Dash ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Milk, plus more for serving
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave nectar (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped or sliced fresh fruit (such as apple, banana, or berries), or 2 tablespoons raisins or chopped dates

  • measuring spoons
  • small bowl
  • whisk
  • cutting board
  • chef’s knife, 8-inch
  • paring knife
  • measuring cups

Put the Ground Seed Mix and cinnamon in a small bowl. Gradually add the Hemp Milk and whisk to combine. Stir in the maple syrup if desired. Serve immediately with additional Hemp Milk and fresh or dried fruit.

This is usually done with “freshly coarse ground grain°
You coarsly 3 Tbl grain Mix in a coffe mill.
Put it in a bowl and add water just till its covered.
let it sit overnight at the counter.
in the morning the water is all soakt up.
then you add a gratet up apple -makes it all real fluffy-, some sweetener, maybe cinnamon and/or raisins and other fruit.
Add some milk of your choice… this way it’s better for the body to digest the seeds
