Chocolate Milkshake

This frosty shake is sure to satisfy your chocolate ice cream cravings!

Yield: 3 cups, 2 servings

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (made with 3 to 4 dates, see note)
  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs

Equipment

  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • blender

Break the bananas into two or three pieces and place them in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

Note: If using unsweetened almond milk, add 3 to 4 dates to the blender.

I too use maca as a malt powder in shakes. It is good with almond butter added as well.

Jennifer I tried to take your online course but it would not take my american express card I got this card just for online purchases it is a prepaid card so I’m not sure what’s wrong by the way love your videos, they help me to see that it’s not as hard as you might think to make raw dishes.
