Avocado makes a creamy, hearty contribution to this fruit salad. Enjoy it for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 banana, diced
- 1 cup raspberries, blueberries, or diced strawberries
Equipment
- cutting board
- chef’s knife, 8-inch
- small mixing bowl
- rubber spatula
Place the avocado, banana, and berries in a small mixing bowl and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
