  • 1 apples, unpeeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 cups baby spinach, packed

Stumbled across your blog and love it.  I want to ask what carmea you have.  I need a new one badly and yours takes beautiful pictures.  I know nothing about what’s out there now.  Thanks in advance!

Why is it that you allow vegs & fruit to be consumed together in a smoothie, yet we are advised to refrain from eating both fruit * vegs at one meal at the same time.

Marie, I can answer that. At the raw food classes I have attended here in Adelaide South Australia presented by the lovely Remedy Bliss, leafy greens are not considered a vegetable.  They are in a group of their own. Victoria Boutenko reckons they should be in a separate group too.  So we have fruit and leafy greens or vegetables and leafy greens. Avocado tends to be used with either.
