Almond Flour

Yield: 1 1/4 cups

Ground almonds can be used to replace flour in cookies, cakes, and pie crusts.


1 cup raw almonds, unsoaked


  • measuring cups
  • food processor
  • rubber spatula

Place the almonds in a food processor fitted with the S blade and process until finely ground. Store in a sealed container. Almond Flour will keep for one month in the refrigerator or three months in the freezer.

You say not to soak the almonds… 1. Do you take off the skin first? 2. Aren’the the almonds (four) harder to digest if the nuts aren’t soaked?  Thank you!
