Almond Flour

Yield: 1 1/4 cups

Ground almonds can be used to replace flour in cookies, cakes, and pie crusts.

Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds, unsoaked

Equipment

  • measuring cups
  • food processor
  • rubber spatula


Place the almonds in a food processor fitted with the S blade and process until finely ground. Store in a sealed container. Almond Flour will keep for one month in the refrigerator or three months in the freezer.
