Summertime, and Raw Living is Easy!

The arrival of summer always makes me want to share good times with others. So in the spirit of summer, I thought I’d share a favorite summer raw food tip and offer an awesome discount.

I love eating a high-raw diet all year, but I find that raw food and summertime go together especially well. The days are longer, the sun is warmer, and nature itself seems to be saying, “Lighten up!” Great fruits and vegetables abound, and eating them in all their uncooked, natural glory just feels in tune with this splendid season.
This year, I've been particularly drawn to one of my favorite summer sensations: mangoes. Their sweet, tropical flavor combined with a luscious, chewy texture and a color that's like sunshine itself makes mangoes an unbeatable indulgence.
