Hi Jenny, I’ve been super busy teaching Yoga classes but I do like to purchase your New Travel DVD? How can I do that?

PS. What’s a good all round Winter easy to make dish to make. I find when I delve into cooked it drags me down and my yoga doesn’t go as easy as when I stay all raw. Any suggestions?

In winter, in addition to green smoothies, I like salad with Not Tuna Pate—it’s nice and hearty, or Mediterranean Kale Salad and Zucchini Noodles Marinara—those are hearty, too.
