I’m a complete romantic and crazy about Valentine’s Day.  Even if my husband and I go out for a romantic dinner, I like to have a special I-love-you surprise waiting at home.  Sometimes I’ll prepare something in advance. 

A great option is my Flourless Chocolate Cake, one of the most-requested recipes from my best-selling book Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People. The texture is incredibly rich thanks to sticky Medjool dates, walnuts (or pecans) and cocoa powder.
